Here is what you will be doing :
- Dispatches engineers nationwide, ensuring efficient ticket routing based on skill set and availability.
- Supports a dedicated engineering team, proactively managing the ticket queue and optimizing operations.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and internal teams.
- Act as primary contact for assigned engineers.
- Assist with Anaheim office shipments (secondary).
