Job Summary
AgileCap, www.agilecapfunds.com, is looking for a talented, sales and customer relations professional to join our team in Park City, UT area. We are a fast-growing company that helps insurance agencies and companies fund their growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
The right person for our team is competitive, communicative, and well rounded. This person will be involved in every aspect of the business, working closely with senior management to help prospects and clients solve their funding needs.

This team member will be responsible for independently reviewing loan requests and analyzing the new applicants and existing borrowers. Act as a central control point in the loan approval process to ensure the customer/borrowers needs are meet. Provide excellent customer service with all parties, including insurance carriers, agencies, agents, banks/financial institutions, borrowers and co-workers and assist Sales Team and Loan Operations staff in loan closing activities.
Qualifications
We are seeking an individual with a college degree who demonstrates:
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Robust analytical capability
- Strong work ethic with no fear of working to get the job done
- Working knowledge of the MS Office application Suite
- Sound business judgement with solid organizational capability
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple work assignments while meeting deadlines
- Motivated, inquisitive, detailed oriented, and adaptive to change
- Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and the interpretation of financial statements
- Excited to work in a flexible casual work environment right next to Park City Mountain Resort
- Experienced in insurance or financial services environment preferred
