Product Manager

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technical Product Owner to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of credit card capabilities, integrating data, business logic, and rules for a critical banking initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market problems and prioritize deliverable stories to maximize product value.
• Manage multiple features, ensuring work is delivered in the right order.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure regular delivery of customer value.
• Lead the creation of reusable omnichannel card processing APIs to support business-critical credit card journeys across digital, mobile, voice recognition, and human-assisted channels.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of production processes and strategic planning principles.
• Experience in credit or debit card industry is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
