Roles & Responsibilities | Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Workday Compensation module, including base pay, merit, bonus, and advanced compensation plans. |
Qualifications & Experience | 5 years of HR systems experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday Compensation. Nice to have skills: Experience using Rally Agile tool |
Location | Atlanta, Raleigh and Charlotte |

Salary and bill rate will be skill based and market competitive.
The client is not open to sponsoring any work Visa at this time thus this role is only open to GCs and USCs.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
