Position Overview: The Provider support specialist acts as the liaison between the consumers, providers, and case managers by: providing support through ensuring rapid and successful implementation of services for all Aging Services of North Central Massachusetts (ASNCM) consumers, tracking implementation of services, contacting consumers within a designated timeframe after start of service(s), and then thereafter routinely to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities include: This position supports older individuals so that they can stay in their own home by linking them to providers who can provide in home supports. This position will also follow up with our consumers to ensure that they are satisfied with the services that they are receiving. Perform data entry for all services, filing, assist as needed with vendor auditing, which includes scheduling, and assembling audit packages.

Minimum of high school degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a 21 hour-per-week position with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, excellent work environment Additionally, this position offers a 403B retirement plan, generous paid time off, and employee referral bonuses.
