What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator position at Agri Industries, Inc.?
We are currently looking for Full-time Equipment Operators for our Williston, ND office. This individual will perform various duties on pipeline construction for rural water and industrial water pipelines. This individual will help dig trenches, lay pipe, and install fittings. Work is outdoors in all weather conditions. The work is generally physically demanding.

Job Description:
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks
- Dig Ditches
- Clear ground around the pipe
- Follow the direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site
- Configure pipe routes and align pipes in the correct sections
- Identify and repair or remove defective or misaligned pipes
- Ensure pipes are tightly fitted and properly seal joints
- Drill holes into pipes for auxiliary lines
- Perform continual maintenance on pipes and replace those needing repair
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- One to three years’ construction or pipeline experience
- Ability to work year-round overtime in the outdoors
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, management, and other employees
- Ability to lift drill steel and materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
