What we are looking for:
We are searching for a Human Resources Specialist who is detail-oriented, approachable, adaptable, and customer-focused. You will support the employee experience through your ability to streamline processes including recruiting, onboarding, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. You will support the delivery of solutions based on our Agtegra values of Integrity, Safety, Customer Commitment, Financial Stability, and Innovation. This position is a valued member of the Human Resources team who will participate in the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and processes designed to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with Agtegra business needs. Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- A high school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) and at least five years of related office experience OR a minimum of two years higher level education and a minimum of four years of related office experience.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, with confidentiality a requirement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
