Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Representative at AgTrax in Hutchinson, KS. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Keyboarding skills
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of MS Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Knowledge of Finance or related field
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
