Employment opportunity for Community Manager for a Management Office that manages a rental community in Rochester. This is a full-time position with business hours typically from 10am to 6pm.
Major holidays off, vacation, sick, and personal days available.
Position responsibilities include:
Managing daily office activities
Communicating with staff including maintenance and management
Tour and lease apartment homes
Engage with residents
Ensure all units are move-in ready for new residents
Complete all legal documents for residents transitioning in and out of the community
Track and monitor lease trends/markets
Assist with advertising the community
Passion to provide solutions for our customers
Ability to make decisions that stay true to our core values
Requirements Include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid identification and reliable transportation
Proficient computer skills and strong writing/verbal skills
Ability to learn quickly
Productive in a team environment
Happy to provide customer service!
Leasing experience is not required but a good attitude and work ethic are! You will have the opportunity to meet and interact with new people everyday.
