AHF Products has a job opportunity for a AR Team Lead to be located in Mountville, PA. Reporting to the AR Manager, the AR Team Lead is responsible for assisting in the delivery of a well – controlled credit, collections, claims and adjustments function for the AHF Products business.

JOB DUTIES:

• Lead team responsible for AR process to ensure timely and efficient collections process, reviewing orders on credit hold to maximize sales, and build relationships within internal teams and our customers. Focus on conflict resolutions and managing high risk accounts
• Increase % Current, reduce Days Sales Outstanding, and reduce the amount of non-standards (deductions)
• Manage numerous high risk customer accounts and collections, credit approval of orders, and limited financial analysis
• Resolve escalated issues and disputes related to AR.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies due to shipping errors, pricing errors, returns, or claims including contacting customers, internal teams or individual stores to reconcile discrepancies in shipments and past due invoices
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively.
• Work with customer service, sales, transportation, finance, pricing departments, as well as plants and distributors to facilitate the order-to-cash process
• Utilize and become knowledgeable in the internal and external computer software systems for research and processing work including M3, Dancik, FACTS, Customer Portals, Freight Carrier websites, etc..
• Lead responsibility and manage the priorities of daily processes on the accounts
• Identify areas of opportunity and offer solutions for process improvement.
• Position may require the employee to analyze an account and prepare detailed analysis of the accounts receivable
• Provide backup support within the team
• Take call rotation on department hotline (rotation approximately every 7 weeks)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum five years of Accounts Receivable experience required
• Experience in Commercial/Construction required, including Mechanic’s lien process knowledge
• Proven leadership experience
• Ability to multitask, manage one's work and produce accurate and timely results
• Solid skills with MS Office (Excel specifically)
• Ability to seek continuous process improvement
• Strong analytical skills to accurately investigate and resolve accounts
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage relationships through negotiations
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
• Positive and Verifiable Work History
