AHG Benefits is an independent employee benefits firm located in Iowa with more than 20 years of experience in providing consulting services to employers about employee benefits like Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability policies. AHG uses a combination of proprietary and traditional financial strategies that help lower the cost of benefits as well as provide more transparency and control of benefits costs to employers. The Account Executive position requires a driven candidate who is motivated to help clients to the best of their ability and ethically treat each person they work with as they would like to be treated themselves. This position is based on commissions that are earned both for new sales and for renewing clients each year. This position can earn an unlimited amount of money as commissions are not capped. Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong ability in sales. Having experience in insurance and/or the financial industry is a plus also. If hired a candidate will be required to pass their Life and Health Insurance licensing exam.
