Monterey Park Hospital, located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, is searching for a Special Procedures Technician. Candidate must be able to rotate on call as needed. Monterey Park Hospital is a 101 bed acute care community hospital. Monterey Park Hospital has provided our community with advanced medical and culturally sensitive healthcare services for over 40 years.
Responsibilities
The CT Tech must have knowledge of full anatomy and have ability to operate the scanner independently without supervision. Candidate must have the ability to manage working in a demanding modality and cope with working late hours. Candidate will have knowledge of all supplies for performing CT procedures.
Qualifications
Certification from CDPH as Diagnostic Radiology and Fluoroscopy Technologist required. Advanced certification in computed tomography by 1/1/18 required. Current BLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years experience or advanced certification in ARRT Computed Tomography.
