DESIGN ASSISTANT/INSTALL ASSISTANT
We are searching for an entry level design assistant that can assist the Project Managers and Interior Designers directly with the design and installation of model homes. The position requires an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be detail oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, ability to cope under pressure, eager to learn and have a professional, supportive attitude. The position requires someone to be comfortable working both in an office and warehouse environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Get all pillows and bedding ready and neatly packaged for each project
- Packing up accessories for each project
- Attend model installations as necessary and take direction from Project Managers onsite
- Communicate effectively with Project managers in regard to all preparing for installations and during installations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to be a team player
- Able to travel during the week (including overnight trips and flights)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Copes well under pressure and can accept constructive feedback
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and easily go up and down staircases
- Ability to maintain regular work attendance
COMPENSATION:
- $17-20
