All aides start at $15 per hour 40 hrs weekly or less
If you are scheduled for and want overtime 40 hrs or more weekly base rate is $13 plus overtime
- STNAs in good standing on ODH Registry with one year verified experience in home care start $17.00 per hour
- IN PERSON ONLY applications taken Monday - Thursday 11AM - 2:30PM
- Needed items:
- Current First Aid
- Proof of aide training or verifiable experience or STNA registry status
- TB less than 1 year old
- Be able to pass criminal background BCI&I fingerprints
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Medication reminders as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- 1 yr Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
