Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Assistant Ranger to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as landscaping, landscape maintenance, and minor repairs using hand tools and construction equipment.
- Complete landscaping projects, including planting, trimming, mowing, and maintaining outdoor spaces to uphold aesthetic standards.
- Safely perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while performing maintenance duties outdoors.
- Assist customers with campground needs and safety, ensuring a pleasant and safe stay.
- Learn and use the retail and reservation systems of the park to make reservations, sales, and revenue management tasks.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to operate hand tools, landscaping equipment, and tractors effectively.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with maintenance tasks such as landscape upkeep or construction activities is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with management and team members.
- Ability to use and/or learn computer programs involving communication, retail, and reservations.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
