At AiLifePay Inc., you will become part of a quantum equilibrium driven ailifescore credit scoring company. "Al-Life Score" algorithm is our newest innovation in financial services and driver of wealth creation. AI-Life Score utilizes a researched quantum analysis model to detect evolving arbitrage data in personal finance and wealth management. Our purpose is to provide lending and credit services, fraud detection and decision underwriting, quantum-driven risk analytics and wealth management in an upcoming high-tech sector of Quantum Equilibrium Finance.
As an early-stage startup; we are looking for an extraordinary innovative and committed mind with experience in raising capital and running financial technology credit and risk assessment business. As Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer / Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and running Quantum Equilibrium Science Fintech company. This is a high visibility role, where you must understand in detail startups strategic finance needs (cash burn management, forecasting, KPI, investor materials preparation, growth strategies etc.) and play a pivotal role in crafting our strategies. Lead optimizing financial workflows and services with our customers and integrate with the company’s future technology partners. A working knowledge of consumer lending, credit risks, data governance, compliances, and financial stability is required.
Skills:
- Experience raising minimum $5M funding
- Investment, Fundraising, Operations, Private Equity
- Demonstrated understanding of wealth planning, credit, banking concepts
- In-depth knowledge of the equity, fixed income markets and alternative investments
- Develop due diligence processes, evaluating legal and financial aspects
- Oversee Personal and Business Loan (PBLC), Credit Risk (CRC), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Finance & Risk (FRC)
- Advise on investment theories and investment styles, quantitative strategies, and characteristics and changing conditions of U.S. and international markets
In this role, you will:
- FUNDRAISING AND STRATEGY: 90%
- Oversee interest rate risk, analysis of credit risk
- Understand LPAs, PPMs, operating agreements
- Execute campaigns to target appropriate institutional investors
- Project AiLifePay portfolio considering ethical, regulatory and security guidelines
- Manage relationships with fund houses, fund administrators, and external stakeholders
- Manage business development roadmaps, innovation, marketing and Bl tools instrumental to companies’ success
- Understand overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
- Lead private equity and venture capital investment activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and portfolio management
- Leverage relationships to maintain technical knowledge to ensure tax, audit, legal, information technology, payroll and local, state and national regulations and filing requirements compliance
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree required; PhD, MS, MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Passionate entrepreneur, have strong business instincts
- Experience with fundraising, capital formation and investment
- Strong familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation
- Experience raising funds with impact angels, VC, institutional investors
- Financial analysis, forecasting, planning, asset management and reporting
- Deep understanding of SEC laws and regulations, as well as filing requirements
