Welcome to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter hotel, located on the banks of the Ohio River. Our Cincinnati hotel is just a two-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, nearby attractions like Paul Brown Stadium, US Bank Arena, Duke Energy Convention Center, and Aronoff Center for the Arts. We're also only 2.7 miles from the excitement of Jack Casino. Southbank Shuttle Trolley stops outside the hotel, offering easy access to downtown. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is only 20 minutes away and the hotel is adjacent to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center with easy access to I-71, I-75 and many Covington, KY attractions. Guests will feel at home in a spacious two-room suite at this Covington hotel. All 227 suites feature a private bedroom and separate living area. They can enjoy a free made-to-order breakfast every morning along with a view of the Cincinnati skyline. Drinks and snacks are available in the open-air atrium at our Evening Reception. Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
- Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
- Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
- The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
- Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
