Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources leader to oversee all HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, talent management, and policy development. This executive-level position is responsible for shaping workplace culture, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the organization’s overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership and partner with executive leadership on organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development programs.
- Manage employee relations, leave administration, investigations, and risk mitigation.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits, and HR metrics for workforce planning.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, healthcare compliance, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex HR issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
