- Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- This is a designated drug testing position
- This is a Mission-Essential position performing a Mission-Critical Function which must continue uninterrupted after the occurrence of an emergency and continued through full resumption of all functions
- Mastery knowledge of, and skills in applying systems administration theories, concepts, and methods; enterprise IT architecture principles and concepts; integrating new technologies into an enterprise architecture; project management principles, methods and best practices; DoD and AF information systems security standards; and methods sufficient to develop and present plans for integrating new server technology into existing architecture and development of future architecture
- Mastery knowledge of complex IT systems analysis and applications software concepts, functions, techniques, and capabilities sufficient to evaluate the feasibility of proposed new systems and applications software projects; and to design, write, test, debug, and maintain information systems and applications software and ensure successful integration with existing and anticipated infrastructure and the database environment
- Knowledge of IT system application software and systems development life cycles, including systems documentation, system requirements and techniques, design development, configuration management, cost benefit analysis, systems analysis, unprecedented design methodologies, data administration, systems integration, and testing
- Mastery knowledge of IT management information systems and applications software technology to isolate causes of problems between hardware, system, and applications software programs and to measure system performance and/or extend operating system capabilities to support related mission activities
- Knowledge of a wide range of IT management information and applications software development and analysis techniques, requirements, methods, sources, and procedures, including familiarity with approaches used by organizations in other agencies and/or the private sector to accomplish a variety of assignments designed to provide organizations with improved business practices
