Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Process Automation: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. - Developing, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining leading-edge analytics and reporting systems, simplifying complex problems into actionable frameworks.
- Identifying trends and opportunities for growth through the analysis of complex datasets.
- Building automated workflows and tools to reduce manual effort and streamline processes.
- Creating clear and effective dashboards and visualizations that enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactively analyzing data to answer key questions for stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements across our business, working closely with and supporting Business Improvement Leads.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Minimum Hiring Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Management, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Proficiency in SQL or Excel (including macros, VBA, pivot tables, and complex formulas), with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarly with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous improvement methodology (preferred but not required).
- Familiarly with Agile Scrum (preferred but not required).
