Position Description:
Customer service plays a key role in our company success by directly helping our customers. The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for supporting customers (dealers/distributors, sales representatives, and end-users) Help build our reputation as the premier provider of dental products and solutions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned
Work Experience Requirements:
· 2 years prior call center environment experience
· Proficient in English for professional environment, both verbal and written
· Freight and logistics experience a plus
· Dental industry or similar customer support experience a plus and experience using web-based service and/or e-Commerce tools (i.e., ERP program for order processing, Salesforce, Word, or MS Excel)
· Ability to work with different types of personalities in a professional, positive manner.
· Clearly communicate and articulate via phone and email.
· Professional attitude in following protocol and guidelines of the company
· Experience in moderate to high pressured environments
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability of follow up skills.
· The ability to multi-task and closely follow a schedule.
· Efficient in Microsoft office programs, i.e., excel.
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
Salary:
$20.00- $25.00 per hour
