Our eco-friendly Airvans, equipped with extra-large viewing windows, offer guests an unforgettable, affordable, and comfortable way to experience the Garden Island’s dramatic cliffs, lush rainforests, and pristine beaches. We treat every guest like part of our Ohana (family), and we’re looking for a Tour Ambassador to help us spread the aloha spirit!
Role Overview
As a Tour Ambassador, you’ll be the welcoming face of Air Ventures Hawaii, ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable flight tour experience. Your role is all about delivering exceptional customer service, creating excitement, and making every guest feel like part of our Ohana.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and tour preparation at our Kauai base.
- Provide clear, enthusiastic explanations of safety protocols and tour highlights.
- Answer questions about the flight experience and Kauai’s iconic landmarks, like the Na Pali Coast and Waimea Canyon.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable, excited, and cared for before, during, and after their tour.
- Distribute complimentary water bottles and locally baked Kauai Kookies to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as scheduling and guest coordination.
- Maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere at our tour desk.
