Job Summary
Working closely with a Regional Sales Manager you will be required to assist and support the sales process as it pertains to Contractors, Consultants, targeted end users or distributors. The position is also responsible for working effectively with our company’s management, production, shipping and accounting departments.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Support the Regional Sales Manager in the execution and development of an agreed strategy for sales.
• Able to do a Project Take-off and Create a Bill of Material and generate a quotation.
• Ensure the support of growth within the region including demand creation from specification target contractors through to order.
• Continuously monitor and improve the conversion rate of quotes to orders for the region through CRM.
• Introduction of Airport Lighting Company Products to provide a solution of products.
• Insure deliveries meet the milestone requirements of the contractors required schedule.
• Call on and develop business/social relationships with target contractors in order to insure the project is completed on time and to the expectations of the contractor and end user.
• Maintain folder both electronic and paper on projects, plans and specifications in the correct location in order to provide an organized solution for reference.
• Assist in the coordination of the team’s activities with the other sales teams and internal departments.
• Help establish a coordinated effort with Inside Sales to provide airports with spare parts list in a timely manner after a project is completed.
• Use of modern project management tools and techniques to execute projects related to the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrical power system modifications.
• Have full responsibility for his/her assigned projects and authority to complete them from identification to scope, bid schedule interpretation, take-off, quotation, submittals, scheduling, project completion.
• Oversees the progress of multiple projects and identifies resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget. Communicates status of project to project leaders and stakeholders.

• Must be 18 years of age

Qualifications:

• Should have an absolute determination and ambition in customer service and project management.
• Must be motivated and organized with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Act or similar CRM program.
• Must have a broad understanding of sales processes, strategies and project management.
• Must be approachable and able to communicate at all levels in an effective clear manner.

• Demonstrable ability to discovering a customer’s needs, identifying opportunities, and finally deliver a solution.
