We are looking for a hard working and motivated Part-Time Physical Therapist to
join our already established multi-disciplinary group to provide caring and compassionate care
to a diverse group of patients.

Comprehensive knowledge of neuromuscular injuries, orthopedic conditions, sports
injuries and conservative/medical treatment options
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills especially the ability
to show compassion for patients coming in from all walks of life
Critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to multi-task
Dedication to ongoing professional development
Responsibilities
Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop
individualized treatment plans
Treatment and Rehab: Administer effective and evidence-based therapeutic
interventions, including exercises, manual techniques and modalities to help patients
recover and improve their physical function
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment
options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery
Progress Tracking: Regularly evaluate and modify treatments plans based on patient
progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records into EHR in timely
manner, complying with all legal and ethical standards
Collaboration: Work as a team and closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare team
including physicians, nurses, providers and other ancillary staff in order to provide
comprehensive patient care
Commitment to providing patient centered care and working as a team in a collaborative
team environment

Must have a valid Physical Therapy License in the state of NJ
