AK Lawn & Landscape is a full-service lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal company serving the Greater Gallatin Valley. We’re known for reliable crews, high standards, and taking real pride in our work. We’re currently hiring Lawn Care Technicians for the 2025 summer season.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, outdoor work, value consistency and quality, and want a solid full-time summer job with a company that runs professionally and treats people fairly.
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll work alongside an experienced Crew Lead as part of a team delivering dependable, high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining lawns to company standards
- Keeping job sites clean and professional, including clearing clippings from common areas
- Working efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining attention to detail
- Representing AK Lawn & Landscape professionally on customer properties
- Safely lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to learn and improve throughout the season
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in doing things right
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with lawn care equipment or towing a trailer is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting pay: $21–$25 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Performance-based raises and bonus opportunities available
- Four 10-hour workdays per week (full-time seasonal position)
