Education and Experience:
The Press 1 st Helper sets up and helps operate the printing press to print designs or lettering on corrugates sheets.

- Visually checks stock according to Factory Order specifications (Color, Flute, and Scoring)
- Measure and record caliper on Factory Order
- Sets gates, side guides, kicker, backstop, scores and slotters section, head knives, pull rolls, stacker, and lay boy as needed per the Factory Order
- Runs set-up carton and makes necessary adjustments to achieve conforming carton
- Runs orders
- Observes all safety policies and procedures, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out rules
- Ability to work in excess of 40 hours, as business needs arise
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Any other task or duty that is deemed necessary by management.

Education and Experience:
- 18 years of age or older
- GED or high school diploma, 1-3 months experience or combination of education and experience
