Akkodis is seeking an Administrative support/Accounting Clerk for a contract job in Omaha Nebraska 68124. Ideally Looking for someone with a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/accounting role.
Pay Range: $23/hour - $25/hour. on w2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities:
- Compose and update documents
- Edit communications
- Provide general administrative support
- Perform billing and accounting responsibilities
- Create and maintain spreadsheets
- Invoicing and reconciliation
- Assembling, sorting, and tabulating codes
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Maintain and promote excellent vendor relations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or high school equivalency.
- Associate degree in business or related major preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/accounting role.
- Effective communication skills including listening, oral and writing skills to process information timely and accurately.
- Demonstrated proficiency in personal computer skills; experience using Microsoft Office software products. Proficiency in keying and software program features.
- Effective people skills, a customer-service focus, and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Communicate and collaborate with other administrators and support personnel on a regular basis.
- Write professionally, using proper spelling and grammar.
- Make independent decisions, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
