Akron Rubber Development Laboratory, Inc.., an industry-leading independent testing laboratory for rubber, plastic and latex is looking to fill the position of Mixing & Molding Technician. The right candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, communication and listening skills and have the ability to mult-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic team player who will help cultivate a positive work environment and require little supervision. On-the-job training for the right person.
