We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial individual to join Al Maidah Grazerie as a Co-Founder. In this full-time, on-site role located in Collegeville, PA, you will collaborate closely in driving the business forward. Key responsibilities include spearheading marketing strategies, fostering client relationships to expand sales, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring delivery of exceptional service at events. This role involves strategic decision-making, ensuring operational excellence, and playing an integral part in scaling the business while upholding its values of sustainability, inclusivity, and hospitality.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing, including the ability to drive revenue growth and develop impactful marketing strategies.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Experience in food service, event planning, or a related industry is a plus.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, passion for food, sustainability, and community-driven values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
