This is a full time on-site role for a utility/grading foreman at Alabama Grading and Excavation in Gadsden Alabama. The utility /grading foreman will be responsible for supervising daily operations, coordinating and operating heavy equipment, communicating with other management team members, performing on site assistance to ensure the project timeline and production goals are met while maintaining quality.

- 5 years experience in site work , underground utilities or concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and understand job specifications
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
