Responsibilities:
Greet customers with the upmost respect and assist them whatever they need.
Listen attentively to customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of various items.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all displays are visually appealing.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales.
