- Be the expert: Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process, answering questions and providing expert advice.
- Negotiate contracts: Skillfully negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Coordinate showings: Schedule property showings, communicate with potential buyers, and provide property information.
- Coordinate inspections: Facilitate property inspections and address any concerns.
- Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records: Document client interactions, property details, and transaction progress.
- Work independently: Manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements
- Alaska real estate license: Must be licensed to practice real estate in Alaska.
- 1 years of experience: Previous experience in residential real estate is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
