Cardiology Nurse

Responsibilities :

• Assess, coordinate, and manage patient care throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge
• Deliver and coordinate patient care provided by the caregiving team
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care rendered
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
