POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support and maintenance of the faculty records database.
- Coordinate the processing of all aspects of faculty & non-faculty appointments and promotions.
- Assist manager in all aspects of the Senior Appointment & Promotion Committee process.
- Support the faculty records system and its processes ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Responsible for the accurate processing of all appointments, promotions, changes in status, reappointments, including verification of funding status.
- Coordinate with faculty, administrators, and Human Resources to ensure supporting documentation is received timely.
- Responsible for all aspects of the credentialing process with outside hospitals, acting as a liaison with HIC to obtain malpractice information from third parties.
- Responsible for creating Affiliate paid Banner records.
