What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Outdoor Track Coach (Part-Time) position at Albright College?
Albright College is an NCAA Division III institution that competes in the Middle Atlantic Conference and is seeking a part-time assistant track coach. The assistant coach is responsible for duties which include (but are not limited to) recruitment of student-athletes, assisting in all practice sessions and competitive events, assisting in pre-season and in-season conditioning; assist with practice planning and game planning; assisting in fundraising and community service. Bachelor’s degree required as well as prior track or coaching tract experience and a commitment to inclusivity and equity.
Essential Job Functions:
On-field coaching;
Recruitment of student athletes in support of the track program;
Assists with practice and meet planning;
Perform other duties as assigned.

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
Prior playing and coaching experience preferred

LICENSES
