Job Overview
Albrite Carpet & Flooring has been in business for over 90 years. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office and must be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. Candidate must be reliable with an outgoing, friendly personality to greet and serve our customers! They must be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office staff ensures smooth running our company's office and meeting the needs of our customers. Must be available to work on Saturday morning hours

Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk by greeting customers and ensuring a professional office environment
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers to schedule jobs for pick up & delivery route as well as handling customer inquiries about services and pricing
- Marketing to provide detailed information of services we provide
- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations such as:

  • Preparation of the end of day sales report and deposit
  • preparing the pick up & delivery route and communicating necessary information to the customers and the drivers.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as ordering supplies
  • Communicate important information to colleagues both in this location and in the other locations of our business

Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Basic computer skills such as data entry of customer information into our POS system as well being familiar Google Doc, Google Sheets, and email
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enjoy working with the public

Candidate must be reliable, responsible and availability to work Saturday morning (3 hour shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
