Job Description:
Responsible for generating new revenue in the following areas: Season Tickets, Flex/Combo Plans, Group Sales & Hospitality. Develop and manage relationships while providing exemplary customer service. Other duties include, but are not limited to order placement and fulfillment, in-game servicing of groups, seat visits and other tasks as required.
Experience Required:
Strong interpersonal skills a must. Superior organizational habits and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS Publisher are crucial for this position. Knowledge and experience on Archtics is helpful. Applicants with a minimum of one year of ticket sales experience in professional baseball are preferred. Strong background in customer service is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work long hours, standing for long periods of time, and be available to work weekends and holidays during the baseball season and at other times during the year as required.
