Under limited supervision, provides administrative support for assigned nursing unit at Asbury Health and Rehabilitation Center. Ensures appropriate signatures are obtained on physician orders, as well as timely filing of orders. In conjunction with the Medical Records Coordinator, oversees the consent process for various clinics (podiatry, flu, etc.) and related paperwork and communication for unit. Upon direction from Medical Information Department, maintains updated visitation schedule for attending physicians and communicates information related to regulations governing physician visitation to physician’s offices
