Sales Associate

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail sales skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. **Duties:** - Assist customers in finding the products they need, providing product information, and answering questions about our offerings. - Ring up sales at the cash register and handle returns and exchanges. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom. - Use basic math skills to operate a cash register and perform retail math functions. - Utilize retail sales techniques to meet sales goals and drive revenue growth. - Provide a positive customer experience through excellent communication skills. - Demonstrate phone etiquette when interacting with customers or receiving calls. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store. - Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed. - Offer solutions to customers and provide product recommendations. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new and trending products. - Supervise and support fellow sales associates as needed. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in retail sales or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Basic math skills and experience with cash handling. - Bilingual skills are a plus. - Experience with supervising others is an asset. - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to driving sales growth. **Skills:** - Retail sales - Basic math - Bilingual - Retail math - Customer service - Sales - Communicate - Cash register - Phone etiquette - Supervising
