Duties:
- Drive store sales
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Ensure that the store is clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service
- Train and supervise staff members
- Handle customer complaints and issues
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience required; 1 year management experience REQUIRED
- Strong math skills required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills required
- Strong time management skills required
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends preferred
- Strong organizational skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
