Responsibilities
- Serve as phone back-up to manage incoming calls and office visitors.
- Cover lunch breaks and periods when the Front Desk Coordinator is out of the office.
- Open and close front desk duties, including mail collection, sorting, and distribution.
- Post payments in insurance carrier websites.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the Personal Lines Department / NE Region.
- 1 Year of Customer Service/ Receptionist Experience
- High School diploma
Work Location and Schedule -
- On-site at our office - 8 N King St, Northampton, Massachusetts 01060
- Part-time, Monday - Friday, 11 -30 AM - 4 -30 PM.
