What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Administrator position at Alera Group?
The Business Development Administrator is an entry level support position within the Business Development function. This person will play a vital administrative role in many of the business development activities that Johnson Brunetti does throughout the year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Administrator has a wide variety of responsibilities within Johnson Brunetti. Some of these responsibilities include:
- Manage the marketing inventory and reorder when necessary, making sure items are in stock and have gone through regulatory compliance
- Assemble and manage the inventory for Welcome Binders for new clients
- Visit our CT neighborhood offices on a regular basis to make sure they are stocked with supplies
- Assist with reminder phone calls for special client events
- Assist in the data entry for new prospects registering for workshops or other prospect data entry into Salesforce
- Coordinate the workshop bucket with all necessary items for our workshops in CT, including workshop folders
- Provide coverage for the front desk (remote days, lunches, vacations)
- Other administrative tasks to support Johnson Brunetti as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of working in a professional environment
- Knowledge of financial services is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic and team oriented organization
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Word and Salesforce
