As a Clinical Review Nurse, you’ll lead quality improvement initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and utilize your clinical expertise to enhance care delivery. Your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes and organizational success.
What You’ll Do :
Lead quality improvement projects using tools like PDSA, Six Sigma, or Lean.
Apply clinical judgment to identify and address deviations in care standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement evidence-based interventions.
Monitor, investigate, and address quality of care incidents.
Ensure audit readiness for regulatory and accreditation agencies.
Analyze data and identify trends to improve organizational performance. What You Bring to the Team :
Education : Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred).
Experience : 3–5 years of experience in regulatory standards and quality initiatives.
Licensure : Active and unrestricted New York RN license.
Skills : Strong communication, data analysis, and proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
