What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payment Processing Specialist position at Alert 360?
SUMMARY:
This position processes and records payments, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily processing of AR Cash Receipts
- Process credit card payments
- Investigation of any unmatched or adjusted cash receipts in a timely manner
- Ensure all incoming payments are received and processed.
- Maintain precise record of all incoming payments
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
- Other duties and projects required by Controller.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, analytical, detail-oriented individual with advanced problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in navigating Window Explorer
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to keep data confidential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
