Aletheia House is looking for a program assistant for the Selma, AL area. The area serviced is

Position Summary:
The program assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to direct staff by providing daily operations in office. The program assistant will provide program support to individuals, groups, and/or family counseling to program participants by working to help manage front office and billing duties. The program assistant works closely with the treatment services coordinator. The program assistant works to accomplish the mission and service goals of
Aletheia House.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Answer phone, take messages, and relay messages for staff
-Perform clerical and administrative duties
-Assist with organizing data for submission to appropriate personnel
-Assist with organizing billing and collect staff paperwork
-Schedule Assessments and ASAIS data
-Process client fees and payments
-Assist with urine collection and paperwork for Federal drug screening days
-File and maintain file room
-Monitor waiting area and greet guests
-Perform other duties as assigned by the treatment services coordinator or chief operating officer
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Ability to answer phones in a courteous manner
-Knowledge of answering phones preferred
-Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record
-Motor Vehicle Report required
Job Salary:
$13.00 - $15.00 per Hour
Hours: Full-Time - Non-Exempt - Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Total 40 Hours
