A well-established private investment firm is seeking an Associate to support the continued growth of its fund platform. This role is highly visible and sits at the intersection of fund operations, portfolio management, reporting, and valuation, offering meaningful exposure to senior leadership and third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the calculation of the Fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV) on a weekly basis, along with monthly and quarterly reporting
- Assist with annual audits and ongoing regulatory and investor reporting requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with Investment, Operations, and Finance teams to manage fund-level workflows
- Coordinate with underlying investments and external partners to track capital calls, distributions, performance updates, and reporting deliverables
- Maintain and manage portfolio data within internal systems to support performance monitoring and analysis
- Contribute to board materials, investor updates, pitch materials, and regulatory filings
- Support special projects focused on improving, systematizing, and scaling internal operations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in fund operations, accounting, fund administration, investment management, or a related environment
- Exposure to public and private equity and/or debt instruments and private funds
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint required
- Interest in leveraging technology and automation to improve processes
- Database or data management experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
