- Experience managing a 24x7 Service Desk team.
- Experience overseeing the IT entire infrastructure and can efficiently handling procurement management and change control processes.
- Can support the management of cloud operations.
- Provide mentorship and daily guidance to team members and coordinate staff assignments to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
