We are urgently hiring compassionate and reliable PCSP Caregivers to provide non-medical personal care services to clients in their homes.This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy building meaningful relationships, working one-on-one with clients, and having flexible schedules.What You’ll DoUnder the supervision of the agency and in accordance with the client’s care plan, you will:Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)Support ADLs and iADLs such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errandsProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with mobility and transfers as instructedCue or remind clients with self-administered medications (no administration)Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or home environmentMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living spaceDocument services accurately and on timeQualificationsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishCompassionate, dependable, and respectful attitudeAbility to pass a criminal background checkCPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Reliable transportation for local client visitsPrior caregiving or home care experience preferred (but not required – training provided)Work Environment & Physical RequirementsCare provided in client homesLocal travel requiredAbility to assist with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and transfers as neededAbility to access homes that may not be handicap accessiblePossible exposure to communicable diseasesWork Environment & Physical RequirementsCare provided in client homesLocal travel requiredAbility to assist with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and transfers as neededAbility to access homes that may not be handicap accessiblePossible exposure to communicable diseases
