Located at 6960 Bonneval Road, Jacksonville, FL 32216
Full Time. Includes early evening, weekend and holiday hours. Successful candidates will be flexible and able to work any combination of these hours.
What You Will Do:
Manage incoming calls from various channels including social media and marketing inquiries
Assess patient needs, schedule and confirm patient appointments
Follow-up with patients post appointment
Schedule patient re-care appointments
Interact with individual office locations regarding patient care.
Your Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service/telesales role
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Dental Experience
Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Open Dental software is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
