As a Life Proofreader I, you will be a vital part of the document completion process, checking for errors and inconsistencies.
Responsibilities
- Proofreading and choosing the appropriate documents. To include keying the appropriate information on the documents which will be included in the policy contract.
- Prepare duplicate policies.
- Key information on policy documents.
- Handle calls and emails from agents and other departments.
- Proofreading checks, letters, and forms
- Review, approval, and data entry of beneficiary changes
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Part I LOMA (Course 1 and 2) is helpful.
- Business courses helpful.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good reading and English skills.
- Good documentation and organizational skills are a must.
- Typing and calculator expertise is necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
